Terms & Conditions For Kiekie Orders
Production Timeframe
Our standard time frame for production is 10 - 12 weeks (excludes Public Holidays). Express options are available at extra cost (price is per kiekie and subject to availability of stock):
$100 for orders to be made in 5 to 7 weeks
$120 for orders to be made in 3 to 4 weeks
$170 for orders to be made in 1 to 2 weeks
Sizing & Colour
Children's Size = waist measurement below 60cm
Standard Size = waist measurement below 111cm
Plus Size = waist measurement of 111cm and above
Children's kiekie may differ slightly to the original version. Kiekies can be made in different colors subject to availability. Please note that colors may differ slightly to the pictures provided.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in NZD and are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that payments via Paypal incur a 5% fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm your order. We start working on your order once your deposit has been received. When your kiekie is ready, we then contact you to pay the remaining balance before it gets posted to you (or you pick up for Auckland customers).
Delivery & Postage
Shipping rates are outlined below. Please note that these rates apply to a maximum of 4 kiekies per shipping charge. All kiekies are packed carefully into a box to ensure it does not get damaged during transit. Once your parcel is posted, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your parcel or kiekie while in transit. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
- Within New Zealand $50 (Target delivery: 1 to 3 working days) or Free to Pick Up from Auckland location
- Australia $100 (Target Delivery: 2 to 6 working days)
- Rest of World $150 (Target Delivery: 5 to 6 working days)
Returns
All sales are final.
